Majesty! Just a quick check-in as we’re a few days over the delivery schedule. Please see info below for your region!

The status of Wave 34/35 (US), Wave 31 (Australia), Wave 32 (Canada, EU, UK) is as follows:

• USA: Original ETA - December 31. Likely January 15 to complete all orders.

  • West coast orders are complete.

  • Our warehouses in PA and TX are unloading pretty slowly - this has led to a spluttering of partial orders being sent out. You’ll have to forgive us for that one - unfortunately the warehouses don’t have storage space for such a massive shipment so they’re basically sending stuff out as gets checked into the warehouse system.

  • East coast is about 15% fulfilled, this should pick up as people get back to work from the holiday.

  • Midwest/SE regions are fulfilled out of our TX warehouse, the shipment is being unloaded slowly and partial shipments will start to go out, but when the warehouse is back to full capacity we expect things to move a lot quicker.

• UK/non-EU Europe: Original ETA December 30. Should be completed by January 15.

  • Our UK warehouse is away until the 7th, but we believe they had started shipping to customers before they broke for holidays. If you haven’t received your order yet, it will be shipped to you after they return on the 7th.

• EU: Original ETA December 31 - Now likely in late January.

  • The EU shipment was randomly flagged by customs (likely because of the size) - they are doing inspections and X-rays on the packages, which is frustrating but unavoidable unfortunately. These inspections usually take about 2 weeks, and they started on December 30.

• Canada: Original ETA December 31, now likely mid-late January

  • The Canada shipment was also flagged by customs for its extraordinary size. They are doing inspections and X-rays. They started this in mid-December, so we’re hoping it’ll be at the warehouse by mid-January.

• Australia: 99% complete

  • A couple of orders are outstanding as the warehouse is still locating some items. The Australian warehouse is off until January 7th - missing items will be shipped at that time.
